Cole Cleveland, Reporter
Cole Cleveland is a junior at John Adams High School. He is a diehard basketball fan and loves football as well. He always dreamed of being a professional basketball player but he has not yet acquired the skills for that sport. He played basketball for four years and soccer for five years. He is currently pursuing his dream of becoming a sports writer and would love to be a beat writer for his favorite football team, the Chicago Bears, or his favorite basketball team, the Golden State Warriors.
Sports occupy most of Cole’s time, but when he is not watching or analyzing sports, he loves to listen to music and write poems. Cole plays Bass Drum in the marching band here at John Adams and looks forward to being more involved with the drums in the future. He began playing drums and writing in the school newspaper at Resurrection Lutheran Academy, where he attended school, from kindergarten through eighth grade. Aryanna, a close friend of Cole’s had all good things to say about him."He’s a very hardworking, passionate person who always thinks of everyone else before himself.” Cole prides himself on being diligent and giving 110% in all he does. He is very family oriented and loves to be around his friends. Winning a service award for volunteering around his school's community, Cole has taken on a love for volunteering and serving. Additionally, with all his hard work, he was graciously accepted into the National Junior Honor Society that same year. Cole is excited to be writing and working for the Tower and is ready to continue his passion for writing.
