Eagles Basketball Falls Short, Ending Historic Season
Last Saturday, the John Adams basketball team fell short of winning the sectional title at LaPorte. The Eagles lost by only one point to a strong Culver opposition. The final score was 44-43. This season was historic for John Adams, finishing with a final record of 22-4, tying the second best record in school history. The Eagles also went undefeated in conference play for the first time since 1979. Chad Johnston was named the NIC coach of the year, and the Eagles also had four players receive all-conference honors. Thank you to the seniors on the team for their commitment to John Adams High School, and congratulations on a phenomenal season.
