Adele Zyniewicz, Reporter
Adele Zyniewicz, a junior at John Adams, is thrilled to be on the gifted and young team writing for The Tower. Adele, being an athlete her whole life, is excited to write about her fellow Eagles and their thoughts on their athletic careers. Zyniewicz has participated in three sports each year she has been at Adams. Her favorite sport is volleyball, but she has also been to state in swimming and track. Zyniewicz’s favorite thing about athletics is the emotion behind all sports, the good and the bad. She will watch any game playing on TV, but there is a special place in her heart for the NFL. Zyniewicz has also ventured out into other clubs such as Eagles Going Green, and the John Adams Volunteer Club. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two dogs, binging netflix, and hanging out with friends. All four of her siblings have graduated from Adams and she is delighted to continue the tradition. Ayva Rainwater, one of Adele’s closest friends, describes her as “very sociable and an exceptionally hard worker; she succeeds at anything she puts her mind to.” Zyniewicz considers her top three accomplishments in her life so far to be obtaining a national record at age ten in swimming, going to state two times as a freshman and being able to stay a leader on and off the court, track, or pool. Zyniewicz is looking forward to the year and being able to look into athletes’ personal views on athletics happening at Adams.
