Stuck at Home: Good and Bad
Everyone across the United States of America and all over the world has changed their lives to stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak. Everyone has been affected in many ways, mentally and physically. Almost everyone is staying home and working, and people are either happy, upset, or both.
When quarantine first started, I did not mind. At one point I was happy with staying home and relaxing for the first few days. But then, the state extended the time in quarantine. I began to miss being at school with my friends and sitting in a classroom listening to my teachers talk about a subject.
School has been pretty difficult since we have switched to online schooling. I have needed more help than ever with my classes. Even though it is quite difficult, I have been finding a way to get help. I have been contacting my teachers for help and it has been working.
Working out has become a big thing for people since this pandemic has happened. I recently have started working out more, too. It has actually helped me a lot mentally and physically. I am a lot more fit and I feel way healthier than before. I also have been going outside a lot. My family and I have been going outside and going on bike rides. Being outside has been keeping distracted and happy while we are all stuck at home.
I have no idea what is going to happen in the future. I know that I will be hanging out like before and hope I do not get sick. I will be cautious though with large groups of people and how I interact with people. I feel that nothing will be the same again after this pandemic is all over with. I hope that I will be able to have a summer, go to school again, and see my friends soon.
